Dark Hours

I guess since these two haven't been drawn to be introduced yet I'm just continuing to uphold a tradition.

But seriously, I couldn't resist this idea when it came to me. Drawing Nycthe, my dragon Kiamara, and Celaeno (née Eleni) the siren Kiamara together in an overly dramatic picture had to happen. They have similar body types, and Celaeno vaguely inspired Nycthe's skeletal markings because I've always loved her. She's really beautiful and it's beyond awesome to own her!

This reminds me of the picture called 'Sacrifice' I drew a while back of Furfur and Lair...

The title was based off their names actually... Celaeno — 'the dark one' and Nycthemeral — 'relating to a period of 24 hours':

Hence 'dark hours'.
